The Papillon is a small elegant member of the toy group. They are devoted to their masters and are eager to please.  Distinquished from other breeds by their butterfly like ears, these little dogs are beautiful, active, intellegent and rate high in obedience and agility. They are loving, devoted and make excellent companions as well as watchdogs. They are highly trainable as they love to learn and please and easily adapt to apartment living or romping outside in a large yard.

    Their height is measured at the shoulders and are generally 8 to 12 inches in height and weighing 5-11lbs. In my experience with my pap puppies they do tend to be on the larger size. Although both parents are AKC and ACA registered my babies are breed for companions and therefore I do not register my pups.
